This is a very basic report that determines just one matter – Is the target property associated with a Homeowner Association? Our researchers will fully investigate the property to answer this question. If the determination is “YES”, we will include the name and full contact information of the HOA. This information is vital and can be added to the collateral file so that the HOA can be contacted at any time in the future to ensure that the borrower is keeping up with their HOA fees without relying on subsequent lien searches, on and on into the future.
HOA Identification Search is available as a nationwide service, but takes on a greater importance in the 22 Super Lien States: Alabama, Alaska, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Vermont, Washington and West Virginia.
